DJ Avando

RO. Încă de la vârsta de 12 ani, Andrei a.k.a DJ Avando dormea pe plăci de vinyl şi se învelea cu slipmat-uri şi coperţi vechi de albume. În loc de Fanta, el dintotdeauna a băut bere nefiltrată şi a renunţat la ţigările normale pentru că erau prea slabe. Având de mic pielea degetelor tăbăcită de la tasta 'play', micul Avando a crescut într-o ambianţă sonoră continuă, singurul lucru care a reuşit să-l sperie cu adevărat pe neînfricatul DJ fiind liniştea.

Ascensiunea lui muzicală nu numai că a întrecut-o pe a multor pionieri ai muzicii dance, dar mari figuri din industrie încă îi cer sfatul în privinţa tendinţelor. Bine înţeles Avando ajută pe cine poate, asta dacă are răgaz, majoritatea timpului traversând în lung şi-n lat continentele pentru a satisface nevoile de distracţie ale publicului.

Aşadar, dacă nu e la pupitru înseamnă că e în privat împreună cu cele două sclave thailandeze sau la masă cu unul dintre şeicii arabi. Dar şansele înclină către prezenţa la pupitru. Caută-l, savurează-i sunetul şi distrează-te. Viaţa e scurtă.

ENG. Since he was 12, Andrei a.k.a DJ Avando used to sleep on vinyl discs, covered by slipmats and old album covers. Instead of Fanta, he always drank unfiltered beer and gave up normal cigarettes because they were too light. Having the skin on his fingers already hardened since childhood from constantly pushing the 'Play' button, little Avando grew up in a continuous musical ambiance, the only thing that managed to really freak him out being silence.

His musical ascension not only overcame that of many dance music pioneers, but many big boys from the industry still ask for his advice regarding the trends. Of course Avando helps whoever is in need, that is if he has the time to do so, most of the time being spent on travelling along the continents to satisfy the party need of his public.

And so, if he's not at the turntables, it means he is privately spending his time with two Thai chicks, or having dinner with one of the Arab sheiks. Odds are he's at the turntables though. Look him up, enjoy his sound and have fun, life is short…
